**Key Responsibilities**:
The main purpose of this role is to provide accurate and timely management reporting to all our external clients and stakeholders.

You will be responsible and accountable for all aspects of the client reporting and any associated accounting transactions. The individual needs to have strong managerial skills to manage a small team that will work with them to deliver accurate and timely management reporting.

**Key Accountabilities**

Accounts Management:

- Oversee, from a finance perspective, the management of a portfolio of assets as agreed with the Head of Client Accounting.
- Manage and mentor the Client Accountants within the Client Accounting team.
- Be responsible for the completion and quarterly review of a full P&L bottom-up forecast for client properties & portfolios within your region.
- Assist in the development of effective comparison of performance data across the client and property portfolio to help drive continuous improvement in operating practices.
- Improve the data structure and quality of source information used in financial reporting.
- Work alongside Commercial Finance and Operation in the completing of annual budgets including Check and Fix.
- Be responsible for the management of audit queries, delegating the responsibilities where applicable.
- Attend meetings, via teams or in person, with other departments in relation to properties within the portfolio.
- Transactional and Processing:_
- Provide financial support and modelling to support the development of

client plans and strategy.
- Preparation of monthly cashflow reports and supporting documents.
- Review funding requests and rent sweeps.
- Managing the client relationship and client queries
- Process card refunds via card payment provider portal
- Calculate, complete the Non-resident Landlord Scheme HMRC submissions.
- To support the Client Accountants with any transactional accounting

support where / when required.

Reports:

- Develop, produce, and enhance high quality monthly management information packs. Analyse monthly financial results, regarding variance and trend analysis.
- Produce commentary and presentations, including for clients and the Senior Management Team.
- Develop and produce high quality group consolidated management reporting as well as quarter end reporting.
- Provide clients with investment reports and other adhoc reporting as required.

Site Team support:

- Liaise and work closely with the site teams providing support when/where required.
- Assist with the implementation of any new sites on the accounting system and checking the data.

Staff Support:

- Provide training for accounts staff as well as providing support and training, where applicable, to new members of staff within other departments._
- Regular one to one meetings with team members._
- Annual performance reviews with team members._
- Ad hoc tasks._

Please note that due to the nature of the business and this specific role there are a large number of ad-hoc tasks which occur throughout the year - the job description is not exhaustive.

The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of

your hours (move in weekends, summer etc). Travel may be required.

**Person Profile**:

- Experience:_
- Evidence of strong progress towards finishing CIMA / ACCA qualification.
- Commercially experienced with strong analytical skills.

Skills/Ability/Knowledge:

- Ability to produce high quality and accurate work within demanding timeframes.
- Excellent organisational skills, especially in relation to the analysis of a large volume of data.
- Proven financial modelling skills: particularly overhead reporting, P&L models, scenario analysis tools - this individual will need to develop models from scratch.
- Ability to work well with ambiguity and changing requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels.
- Strong team player, evidencing an ability to establish positive working relationships.
- Proactive approach, quick to learn and able to manage own workload.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Able to produce clear analysis of financial information for dissemination by non-finance people.
