Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Learning Support, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general class support and SEN support in small groups or one-to-one settings.
- Assist with the general pastoral care of SEN students.
- Promote positive values, attitudes, and good pupil behavior.
- Encourage the inclusion of all students in the life and activities of our school.
- Support the class teacher with monitoring progress and planning learning activities.
- Assist pupils with their educational and social development by modeling positive behavior and demonstrating high expectations.
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree (2:2 or above).
- Experience working with KS1/KS2 children or in an educational setting.
