Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Harrogate, UK. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
- Liaise with internal departments, including Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, and Technical Consultants, to fulfill customer requirements and resolve queries.
- Responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns, and escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Perform general administration duties, including preparing reports and updating customers on delivery expectations.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an office or administration environment.
- Business fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, particularly MS Excel, and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the sales process and the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Highly motivated and proactive approach to workload, with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
