Position Overview:

We are in search of an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Reservations Agent to enhance our operations at Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in a dynamic environment and possess a meticulous approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming reservation requests for both hotels through various channels, ensuring a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately record and oversee guest bookings within our property management systems.
  • Offer comprehensive information regarding room rates, packages, and special promotions to prospective guests.
  • Promote additional services and amenities to enrich the guest experience at both establishments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee a seamless guest journey from booking through to check-out.
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions for both locations.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with a constructive and solution-focused mindset.
  • Assist in the upkeep and revision of reservation records and databases.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations.

Compensation: £25,822 + service charge
