**We are currently recruiting for a** **Reservations Team Leader **to join our Reservations Team at Edwardian Hotels London.**

**Overview**:

- An Amazing opportunity has arisen to join Edwardian Hotels as a Reservations Team Leader.
- Responsible for utilizing customer service and sales skills to identify guest needs, make accurate reservations which provide the optimal experience for our guests while maximizing revenue potential.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded in appropriate systems and customers are provided with excellent service delivery as determined by the company standards.
- Be the guest advocate ensuring all guests' needs from the initial booking to follow up.

**About You**:

- Current reservations experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Natural tele sales ability including closing skills, tone of voice.
- Ability to effectively listen and position hotels to meet guests needs.
- Capable in leading motivating coaching and developing a team.
- High level of hotel product and services knowledge.
- Ability to generate revenue by all means available.
- Technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, Including Opera.
