About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Locum Consultant Paediatrician to join our dynamic team at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in acute general paediatrics, neonatal care, and outpatients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • MRCPCH or equivalent qualification.
  • CCT Paediatrics or within 6 months of CCT or equivalent.
  • On the GMC Specialist Register for Paediatrics.
  • Broad training in General Paediatrics.
  • Level 3 Neonatal Experience and Training.
  • Training in developmental and community paediatrics appropriate for a General Paediatrician.
  • Safeguarding training and experience.
  • Up to date APLS/NLS.
