Job Overview

As a key member of the HR team at Rachel Hill Resourcing Limited, this role plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of the company's payroll services. You will be responsible for managing HR data and reporting, ensuring seamless payroll operations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports
  • Resolve employee payroll queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with payroll advisors to resolve complex payroll issues
  • Manage employee access to payroll services, including online payslip access
  • Administer statutory payroll tasks, including SMP, APP, P45, P11ds, and P60s
  • Manage employee benefits, including pensions, PMI, death in service, and rewards
  • Annual benefit renewals and company pension administration
  • Monthly HR reporting and HR KPI reporting
  • Manage the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data
Requirements
  • Strong experience in in-house payroll, benefits, pensions, and compensation
  • Experience in developing new processes around payroll and benefits
  • ADP experience and excellent understanding of pension auto-enrolment processes
  • Strong Excel skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5pm

  • This role is fully office-based with no option for remote or hybrid working
