Job Title: HR & Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Payroll Administrator to join our team at Wilsher Executive Recruitment. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of our outsourced Payroll and Benefits services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll submissions to our outsourced Payroll Advisor and third-party vendors.
  • Provide first-line support for employee payroll issues and queries.
  • Manage employee access to Payroll services, including online payslip access.
  • Administer all benefits, such as pensions, PMI, death in service, and rewards tools.
  • Manage the company pension scheme, including monthly updates and pension queries.
  • Produce monthly and ad-hoc HR reporting, providing insights into data and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain HR/Recruitment KPI reports.
Requirements:
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong experience with in-house payroll, benefits, pensions, and compensation.
  • Experience in developing new payroll and benefits processes.
  • ADP experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Team player mentality, able to build effective working relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
