Job Summary:

Cantello Tayler Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Executive Assistant and Office Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership team, including diary management, business office activities, and other related tasks.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, book meeting rooms, and arrange refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Front Desk Reception: Answer the office door, receive deliveries, and welcome visitors.
  • Facilities Management: Liaise with third-party providers to maintain office standards and cleanliness, and manage third-party visits for facilities services.
  • Post and Courier Management: Sort incoming and outgoing post and couriers.
  • Office Supplies: Replenish stock levels with office supplies, such as drinks and other essentials.
  • Security Pass Management: Maintain security pass logs and create new passes for new starters and remove existing passes for leavers.

Requirements:

  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative and PA/EA experience.
  • Attention to Detail: Good attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
