Position Overview

The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) is dedicated to assisting individuals facing challenges due to Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or Physical Disabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, their families, service providers, and various organizations to empower them towards independence and the realization of their goals. This position presents a valuable opportunity to create a positive impact within the community of Central Bedfordshire while discovering your own potential.

You will be tasked with fulfilling statutory responsibilities associated with supporting individuals in Adult Social Care. Your approach will prioritize the needs of customers, ensuring that care and support are delivered with compassion, responsiveness, and a commitment to high-quality standards and best practices.
