Overview of the Position

The Assessment and Review Team (AaRT) is dedicated to assisting individuals facing challenges due to Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, or Physical Disabilities. In this role, you will collaborate with clients, their families, service providers, and various organizations to empower them towards achieving autonomy and realizing their goals. This position presents a significant opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals within Central Bedfordshire while discovering your own potential.

You will be tasked with fulfilling statutory responsibilities aligned with supporting individuals in Adult Social Care. Your approach will prioritize the needs of clients, ensuring that care and support are delivered with compassion, responsiveness, and a commitment to high-quality service that reflects best practices.
