Implementation Support Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing project management and data management processes at WSP. As a Bentley Systems ProjectWise Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ProjectWise, a comprehensive software solution for managing infrastructure and engineering content throughout the project lifecycle.
You will have technical experience in the design, implementation, support, and management of Bentley ProjectWise, as well as integration with other associated engineering applications. Many of our key projects are hosted in ProjectWise, requiring complex configuration and ongoing maintenance to meet the needs of our varied client base in a fast-paced business.
Our infrastructure and network services are provided by a third-party supplier, and collaborative problem-solving is essential. An understanding of the relationship between application performance and the underlying infrastructure is crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain ProjectWise systems, including installations, configuration, and customization to meet project and client needs.
- Work with key stakeholders to design and implement efficient workflows within ProjectWise, ensuring seamless data and document management.
- Provide user training and support on ProjectWise best practices, tools, and functionalities.
- Assist with data governance, developing and enforcing data standards, naming conventions, and security protocols to maintain data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Integrate ProjectWise with other engineering applications and platforms used across WSP and projects to enhance interoperability and streamline data exchange.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Bentley Applications support and ProjectWise configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to recommend and implement enhancements to our ProjectWise setup and develop ProjectWise PowerShell scripts.
- Collaborate with the Application support, SAM, and SCCM teams on Bentley software upgrades and deployments.
- Engage with clients and key stakeholders to build configurations and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with IT service delivery workflows, such as ITIL.
- Experience in support work management systems, such as ServiceNow.
- Experience working with 3rd party software suppliers.
