Job Title: Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Implementation Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, upgrading, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of EMIS software applications, tools, and interfaces. You will collaborate with internal colleagues and customer representatives both remotely and on-site, often handling sensitive data during migration and synchronisation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project tasks as outlined in the project plan
- Act as the main point of contact for end users during the implementation phase
- Ensure effective communication and support throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work confidently and effectively on-site and as part of a project team
- IT literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
