Implementation Project Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Project Lead, ensuring the smooth implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead in project administration, ensuring project files are up to date and auditable.
- Monitor the risk and issue logs and ensure they are up to date.
- Ensure lessons identified are logged and appropriately circulated.
- Ensure project communications are carried out in accordance with project communication plans.
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage meetings from set up through to minute taking and action tracking.
- Carry out system testing in accordance with scripts provided by the Responsible Manager.
- Monitor working practices and implementation success as directed by the Project Lead.
Training and Support
- Provide administrative support to the Project Lead carrying out training.
- Support clinical and administrative staff affected by change and provide training on new IT systems.
- Liaise with Trust and external trainers to ensure training resources are available as and when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
