Senior Brand Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social and Digital Designer to join our fast-growing creative teams at Lorien, a leading global retailer.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and engaging brand, social, digital, and advertising campaigns from concept to finished assets across all media channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create strong brand and social media campaigns that drive business results.
- Develop and produce high-quality visual content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry developments to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Work closely with the Copywriter to develop compelling concepts and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in the retail, beauty, e-commerce, and homeware industries.
- Strong knowledge of video and film creation for social media platforms.
- Advanced skills in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Motion graphics experience, with the ability to animate typography and visuals for digital channels.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with editors, photographers, and producers.
