Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reputation, and to promote our services and expertise.
- Regularly update and optimize our website to reflect current initiatives and engage visitors, and to ensure that our online presence is consistent with our brand identity.
- Oversee content calendars and produce high-quality materials, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters, to engage our audience and promote our services.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to inform and engage our members and clients, and to promote our services and expertise.
- Implement strategies to identify and secure key strategic partnerships and industry awards, and to promote our services and expertise.
- Create professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotional flyers, social media graphics, and event materials to effectively support and promote our services and expertise.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, and to ensure that our online presence is consistent with our brand identity.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports offering key insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing, and to inform our business strategy and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with strong expertise in campaign management and a keen eye for design and detail.
- Skilled in using digital marketing tools, including Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics, and in design software, including Canva.
- Have a genuine interest in sustainability and a commitment to the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) agenda, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of these issues and their relevance to our business.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and continuously learn and improve, and to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality materials and reports.
- Meticulousness in producing high-quality materials, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analysing data and metrics to evaluate performance, and the ability to think innovatively and design engaging content, promotional materials, and effective social media strategies.
- Salary: £30,000 + profit share + discretionary bonus, and a range of benefits, including hybrid work arrangements, an 8% employer pension contribution, immediate access to mental health counselling, an annual fitness allowance, paid professional memberships and development programmes, paid volunteer days, enhanced maternity/paternity benefits, a cycle-to-work scheme, and more.
