Job Purpose
To provide exceptional support to our Financial Planning Consultants, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new business transactions, trades, and fund switches with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide administrative support for valuations, transfer of servicing, and client reviews, enabling consultants to focus on client meetings.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and consultants, ensuring timely communication and updates on client matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information on relevant systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and issue invoices for work completed, and distribute original policy documents to clients as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of post-meeting administration tasks, supporting consultants in meeting deadlines.
- Report any complaints, breaches, or losses to the Compliance Officer in a timely manner.
- Perform additional duties as required by your Line Manager.
Essential Requirements
- Basic knowledge of financial products and funds.
- Ability to build strong relationships with consultants and maintain effective communication.
- 2 years of experience working in a Financial Services environment.
- CF1 certification.
Desirable Requirements
- Certificate in Financial Services or Planning.
- Intermediate skills in Intelligent Office.
