Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Farnborough Business Centre. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Diary Management: Proactively manage the CEO's schedule to ensure optimal time management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate both local and international travel arrangements, including comprehensive trip itineraries and logistics.
- Minute-Taking: Take minutes during meetings as necessary to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.
- Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of corporate and internal social events, including team-building activities and conferences.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, including data entry, document management, and financial record-keeping.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality support and administrative services.
- Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong communication and organisational skills.
- Qualifications: A high degree of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information, and a hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and contribute.
