In this role, you will:


Support the CEO

  • Provide general administrative support to support the CEO, including meeting planning, logistics, complex travel arrangements & expense management
  • Serve as the central point of contact and coordination for the CEO and the wider Commercial team
  • Calendar management for CEO - manage all scheduling, event planning, and maintain a clear and concise calendar
  • Support with board and executive reporting /communication
  • Record minutes at meetings and follow up on actions arising
  • Provide administrative support, with regards to key client meetings and events – international and executive in nature
  • Assist CEO with sales management tools and reporting including independently follow through of sales leads
  • Process CEO monthly expenses
  • Approve Team expenses/holiday requests

Commercial Team Administration and Marketing Support


  • Provide support in preparing sales meetings and events with presentations and sales material
  • Facilitating onsite and offsite meetings and events, creating agendas, securing venue, coordinating conference room set-up, catering, A/V, and other logistical arrangements, participate
  • Administration of Commercial team
  • Manage and oversee agreements, contracts and invoicing with outside consultants and contacts – work with Salesforce agreements
  • Manage and oversee reporting
  • Support with market research and business intelligence
  • Support with marketing related activity, reporting and presentations to the executive leadership and the broader organisation
  • Coordinate production planning for sales collaterals and demo-cards, including creating briefs and provide specs
  • Structure and qualify leads

They are looking for:

  • Proven experience working in a Commercial Support role, in a fast-paced environment, supporting senior leaders
  • Ideally experience working in a tech, digital or start/scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in managing multiple executive calendars, organising travel, setting up internal and external meetings and following up
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other productivity software tools
  • Able to project manage and coordinate with executives and team members
  • Experience in working in a globally dispersed team, operating over multiple time zones


They are on the look out for someone curious, organised and really motivated to provide the best service to stakeholders both internally and externally. You must be excellent and proficient with Microsoft packages and be self motivated- always trying to find solutions to situations as they arise. You must be great with customer experience, and be really attention to detail orientated. This business is really flexible with how they work- and you will likely be in the office 1-2 days a week. This is not a 9-5 role, and you must be prepared to support as and when needed, flexibly.
