Role Summary

In this dynamic and fast-paced Application Support environment, you will be responsible for managing incidents and facilitating disaster recovery processes. You will be part of a company that prioritizes employee development through extensive training and long-term growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in an Application Support role is essential.
  • Familiarity with supporting SAAS applications through third-party vendors is highly advantageous.
  • Provide first and second line support and manage small business changes for end users, including access management for new hires, transfers, and departures.
  • Support five primary applications along with additional smaller applications on a daily basis.
  • Oversee application upgrades, patching, and resolution of incidents or outages as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's security policies for all applications and proactively manage user access and entitlements.
