Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage our front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to emails in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with our customers, colleagues, and external partners, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • IT Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for our IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and external partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
