Position Overview

This role is designed to provide essential administrative and sales assistance to the Sales Manager and the broader Sales Team. The primary focus is on coordinating and supporting sales and leasing activities, from marketing aircraft availability to managing post-flight reconciliations and contract closures with both external clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities


1. Facilitate and assist in the administration and coordination of ACMI lease and charter sales activities for civil registered aircraft, targeting Airlines, Brokers, Freight Forwarders, and Cargo & Freight Companies to achieve Sales Team objectives.


2. Support the administration and coordination of ACMI sales contracts, including communication, flight setup, and the collection of commercial data necessary for flight brief production, insurance, pre-flight checklists, file management, lender approvals, and invoicing across all internal departments and external stakeholders.


3. Act as the Information Asset Owner (IAO) for the Sales Team, ensuring that all data is consistently updated to generate weekly and monthly performance reports for the Sales Manager.


4. Create and modify documents in compliance with AS.2000 Document Management Procedures.


5. Maintain ownership of Sales & Leasing specific policies and procedures (AS.L 900), ensuring that all documents are regularly updated and appropriately filed.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


- GCSEs in Maths and English at grades 9-4 (A*-C) are required; A Level education is preferred.


- Adaptability to changing circumstances and competing deadlines, with the ability to re-prioritize tasks to maximize results and enhance customer satisfaction.


- Strong customer service skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.


- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
