About the Role:
Singular is seeking a highly experienced Clinical Laboratory Director to lead our biotech laboratory team in the development and implementation of cutting-edge liquid biopsy technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality management standards.
- Manage customer interactions and deliver high-quality data reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory, to ensure seamless transfer and validation of new assays.
- Contribute to the company's strategic direction and execution as a key member of the Senior Management Team.
About You:
We are looking for a highly qualified individual with an MD/PhD in a relevant subject and significant experience managing a clinical laboratory and overseeing high complexity testing. Certification by an HHS-approved board is essential. You should have solid experience working to ISO 15189 standards.
