Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
C&P Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Central Scotland Office. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering all commercial aspects of residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fast-track their career with a prestigious and bespoke residential developer. You will be responsible for all commercial and surveying activities, ensuring financial objectives are met across multiple sites at various stages of the build program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver all commercial aspects of residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland
- Ensure financial objectives are met across multiple sites at various stages of the build program
- Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver commercial and surveying activities
- Provide expertise and guidance on construction software tools such as COINS
Requirements:
- Experience within the new built Residential Sector delivering Private and Social housing
- Working knowledge of Construction software tools such as COINS
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Experience across the wider Construction Industry with a main contractor will also be considered
