Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Central Scotland. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering all commercial and surveying activities for residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial and surveying activities for residential developments
- Ensure financial objectives are met on multiple sites at various stages of the build program
- Work closely with the commercial team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports and financial statements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in the residential sector
- Strong knowledge of construction software tools, including COINS
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
