Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:
C&P Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Central Scotland Office. As a key member of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering all commercial aspects for residential developments across Central and Northern Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all commercial and surveying activities to ensure financial objectives are met on multiple sites at various stages of the build program.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, including financial analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the new built Residential Sector, delivering Private and Social housing.
- Working knowledge of Construction software tools, such as COINS.
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
- Experience across the wider Construction Industry, with a main contractor background.
