Key Responsibilities:

  • Space Planning: Plan and organize retail spaces to maximize seasonal sales, taking into account customer flow, product placement, and visual merchandising principles.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising and store teams to develop and implement effective layouts, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
  • Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure layouts are effective, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analysis: Analyze sales data to inform layout decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, store operations, and visual merchandising, to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or space planning, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior.
  • Skills: Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field, such as retail management, marketing, or visual merchandising.
