Job Description

As a key member of our Expleo team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Delivery/Business Development Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and programmes.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue expansion.
  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Ensure the security of data and information received in-confidence from clients.
  • Develop and implement processes to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue expansion.
Requirements
  • HND/degree level within an Engineering, Project Management, or Business/Operational Management field or equivalent experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or APM certification is preferred.
  • Significant experience in an Operational, Programme leadership, and Business Development.
  • Exceptional KPI ownership and delivery focus.
  • High level of contractual and financial acumen.
  • SC Clearance.
