Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Programme Delivery: Lead the delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and report on team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HND/degree level within an Engineering, Project Management, or Business/Operational Management field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Significant experience in an Operational, Programme leadership, and Business Development role, with a proven track record of delivering business growth and strategic programmes.
  • Skills: Leadership and delivery skills, project management methods and tool sets, business development methods and tool sets, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
