  • Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • HND/degree level within an Engineering, Project Management, or Business/Operational Management field or equivalent experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or APM certification is preferred.
  • Significant experience in an Operational, Programme leadership, and Business Development role.
  • Exceptional KPI ownership and delivery focus.
  • High level of contractual and financial acumen.
  • Experience of performance management of people and teams.
  • Demonstrable experience of leading the development and successful implementation of strategic programmes.
  • Experience of working with diverse and multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
