Night Support Worker

Venn Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Support Worker to join our team in Yarnton. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to supporting vulnerable women with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and engage with women in a residential setting
- Manage incidents and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Conduct handovers with day staff and communicate effectively
- Monitor and administer medication as required
- Deal with fire safety issues and ensure smoke detectors are functioning correctly
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance within the last year
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals or an interest in doing so
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft packages
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The successful candidate will be paid £16.00 per hour via an umbrella company PAYE. If you are a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about supporting women in need, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
