Clothsurgeon, a luxury bespoke menswear brand, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Shopping Assistant to join our team at our Savile Row store. As a Personal Shopping Assistant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain a loyal client book, ensuring consistent sales and personalized service.
- Assist the Store Manager during bespoke appointments and provide style advice.
- Manage store sales, bespoke process for clients in-store, and communicate product information to customers.
- Build a network with the fashion community, including stylists, concierge services, and private member clubs, to increase sales activity and new clientele.
- Travel to clients as needed to assist the Store Manager.
- Experience in high-end luxury retail (goods or services).
- Confident CRM system user.
- Motivation to acquire new customers, improve the store experience, and drive sales.
- Experience in Personal Shopping or Luxury Retail Sales.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- A commercial mindset and a sales-driven approach.
Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6.30pm. This is a part-time role for 3 days per week.
SalarySalary depending on experience.
