Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Versace. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, maximizing sales opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with management to achieve sales targets and increase brand knowledge.
  • Maximize sales opportunities across all categories and promote our Retail Excellence Program.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.
  • Capture customer data and participate in in-store and promotional events.
  • Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients.
  • Ensure stock and backroom management, operational duties, and compliance with operational and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Computer skills, including operation of retail sales systems, Word, Excel, and email.
