Job Title: Senior Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Alaïa. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our boutique.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and clienteling
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a high standard of store appearance
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in luxury fashion or accessories
  • Strong sales techniques and clienteling skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
