Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Alaia. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching weekly and monthly store targets with the team
  • Developing a strong client portfolio through networking and effective sales techniques
  • Providing excellent client service, including welcoming clients, resolving issues, and participating in client events
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding of ALAÏA's heritage and values
  • Supporting the management team with additional tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
  • Strong sales techniques and clienteling skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
  • Truly engaged in the ALAÏA Maison and understanding of its heritage and values
