Alaia - Senior Sales Associate (New Bond Street)

Achieving Sales & KPIs:

  • Meet weekly / monthly store targets with the team
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary to tell the story of the ALAÏA world

Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:

  • Efficiently develop the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the Boutique and having a hunting mindset
  • Engage clients through open questions, listen to their needs, and gather information to make the sale, ensuring client return
  • Participate in client events, high-ticket client events, and/or actions
  • Resolve client issues by investigating opportunities and root causes, proposing solutions, and escalating to hierarchy potential roadblocks and recommendations

Client Service Excellence:

  • Welcome clients in the boutique, over the phone, and by email according to ALAÏA guidance and standards
  • Develop a client book and update the client database
  • Actively participate in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts, and daily operations as required
  • Respect and apply security rules and mindset (local and Maison security rules)
  • Participate in management of cashier duties to complete a sale

Brand Ambassador:

  • Maintain an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of ALAÏA

The existing team welcomes a co-operative colleague who contributes to daily operations and additional projects. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will support the management team with additional tasks. Strong sales techniques and clienteling are required, with a strong client base. Fluency in English (written and oral) is necessary, with a second language a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required.
