We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team at Alaïa. As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our boutique.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and clienteling
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends
- Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a high standard of store appearance
- Relevant experience in luxury fashion or accessories
- Strong sales techniques and clienteling skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and oral), a second language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
