Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable care assistants/support workers to join our team in Newbury, UK. As a care assistant/support worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, including those with complex medical needs. You will work closely with our team of experienced care professionals to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to clients with complex medical needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
  • Work closely with our team of experienced care professionals to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks to clients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care work, preferably in a complex care setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
