You must be prepared to provide the highest quality of life and opportunities for service users to become more independent and connected to their communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing practical, emotional, and behavioural support to service users
- Supporting individuals who communicate non-verbally
- Support with community activities such as walking, swimming, etc.
- Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
- Support with Personal Care and domestic tasks
Prior experience in this field of work is essential for this role. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
