The Responsibilities

Oversee the bar, garden, kitchen, and overall operations of the venue.

Be the public face of the establishment, leading by example.

Achieve sales targets ranging from £20k to £25k weekly within the first year.

Implement necessary training and operational procedures.

Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service through structured and disciplined practices.

Strive to exceed guest expectations consistently.

Adapt business strategies based on weather, seasons, and events.

Maintain composure under pressure, managing operations in a hands-on and approachable manner, always prioritizing the interests of the business, guests, and team.
