Lead the Kitchen Team at Crown Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head Chef to join our team at Crown Hotel in Huddersfield. As a leader in the business, you will be responsible for driving the success of our dining operation and developing your team to become the best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase fresh, seasonal ingredients and exceed customer expectations
  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring excellent food quality, presentation, and service
  • Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth
  • Design and implement effective kitchen rotas to meet labour targets and optimize resource allocation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and competitive pricing
