Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and promoting their dignity and respect.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Support residents with their leisure and social activities, encouraging their participation and engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful environment.
  • Contribute to a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and reporting any concerns.
