About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Cedar Court Residential and Nursing Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care to residents, following their individual care plans and promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain a safe and supportive environment.
  • Participate in leisure and social activities, promoting resident engagement and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, ensuring open and respectful dialogue.

Requirements
