Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food and beverages, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including coffee, tea, and snacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, hygiene, and cash handling.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies, as required.
