About the Role:
Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing and improving our Health and Safety Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
- Provide daily support to managers on Health and Safety matters, promoting a culture of risk accountability and responsibility.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Deliver Health and Safety training and collaborate with managers to enhance safety practices and procedures.
- Develop and maintain Health and Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective Health and Safety management and minimize risks.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety.
- Experience in Health and Safety policy development and practical risk reduction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve Health and Safety objectives.
