While a passion for makeup and a certain skill level are essential, formal qualifications are not a prerequisite for this role.
You will have access to NYX Professional Make-Up training and educational resources, alongside opportunities for professional growth within L'Oréal, paving the way for future roles such as Make-Up Artist, Counter Manager, or even Business or Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to NYX Professional Make-Up customers while meeting sales objectives.
To excel in this role, you should:
Be flexible with your schedule during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (excluding Christmas day). Show eagerness to learn about product features, benefits, and application techniques to achieve optimal results for clients. Drive sales by utilizing brand selling methods and product knowledge while adhering to basic service protocols. Feel comfortable engaging with customers to promote NYX Professional Make-Up products. Utilize POS systems and other digital tools necessary for effective counter operations. Maintain the quality and presentation of the counter/store, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to merchandising standards. Build positive relationships with department store management and corporate offices. Represent the brand positively through your demeanor, appearance, and grooming. Exhibit passion and storytelling skills. Connect with clients, providing thoughtful solutions and follow-up care.By joining us, you will be integral to our goal of reaching a billion consumers and delivering exceptional beauty products to everyone.
