As a vital member of our expert team, you will enhance brand visibility and drive sales while ensuring that each customer feels valued. Your enthusiasm for outstanding service and creative beauty is essential, even if you are new to the industry. We seek individuals who are friendly, approachable, and thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering a positive atmosphere for both colleagues and clients.

Although a formal qualification in make-up artistry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for this role. You will have the chance to participate in NYX Professional Make-Up training and educational programs, along with L'Oréal's learning opportunities, paving the way for career advancement as a Make-Up Artist, Counter Manager, or even a Business or Area Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to NYX Professional Make-Up customers while meeting sales objectives.

  • Flexibility to work during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (excluding Christmas day).
  • Eagerness to acquire essential product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) and application techniques to achieve optimal results for clients.
  • Drive sales to meet targets by utilizing brand selling methods and product knowledge while adhering to basic service protocols.
  • Proactively engage with customers to share the NYX Professional Make-Up experience.
  • Proficient in using POS software and other digital systems necessary for effective counter operations.
  • Maintain the quality and presentation of the counter/store, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
  • Build positive relationships with department store management and corporate teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador through your demeanor, appearance, and grooming.
  • Share your passion and storytelling skills with clients.
  • Connect with clients, offering thoughtful solutions and follow-up care.
