Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Finance Thematic Initiative as part of a broader Education Reform Strategy, ensuring effective management of the project team and adherence to reporting protocols.
  • Conduct a thorough, evidence-based evaluation of costs and implications associated with the establishment of new public entities, focusing on value for money and efficiency strategies.
  • Facilitate and prioritize collaborative efforts with key partners and stakeholders, providing constructive feedback and support as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of sustainable financial and fiscal planning for public entities, promoting a uniform approach across all initiatives.
  • Contribute to the formulation of individual Business Cases for each new entity.
