We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team at LADbible Group. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing branded content for online platforms, working to tight deadlines and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Creative

  • Edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere, working on commercial, social, and marketing projects.
  • Undertake animation and motion graphics tasks to a high standard.
  • Assist other editors as needed, under the direction of Senior Video Editors.
  • Support shoots, such as DITing, as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with video trends and share knowledge with the team.
  • Colour correct and grade images and videos, conforming to broadcast and social standards.
  • Sources audio tracks and mixes edits, creating well-mastered tracks across multiple layers.
  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and tone.

Organisation

  • Take direction from Lead and Senior Video Editors to complete editing tasks.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects to a high standard, adhering to LADbible Video Team workflows.
  • Guide junior team members, teaching best practices and maintaining technical processes.
  • Maintain hard-drives and archives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a production company, post-house, agency, publisher, or brand.
  • Professional experience of Adobe Creative Suite, with exceptional proficiency in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • High level of proficiency in colour grading using Adobe Premiere.
  • High level of proficiency in sound mixing and mastering.
  • Passion for social and branded content.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and creativity daily.
  • Confident in Microsoft Office Suite.
