Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage engineers' diaries and schedule service visits, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal teams.
  3. Maintain and update customer records on our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  4. Update renewal information on the CRM system, keeping track of important deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Assist with basic marketing responsibilities, including creating content for social media, mailers, and customer offers.
About You
  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
